OH&S Course Development

A variety of OH&S courses make up the educational opportunities for staff in many industries. A common approach uses the “train the trainer” framework to bring training to the operational level. These programs are most successful when they are developed with the adult learner in mind, and when the training materials are well developed, clear, and easy to use.
